HEALTH PROGRAMME 2015: That skipped day in your exercise schedule is usually the trigger to slack and miss the whole week! After that hard day at work or night on the razzle  (I know a little about that!) one skipped day becomes two, then three, then finally…yeh whatever. Look at the bigger picture, one missed day isn’t going to kill you but a couple of weeks out isn’t too clever. Pick yourself up keep going!
